Bad Credit Loans

Sunday, March 30th, 2008

At times in our lives, it is almost certain we will experience some sort form of financial problems including debt; even though we feel this state of affairs has been forced upon us. It’s not the end of the world even if you have a poor credit score; a bad credit loan is always available online.

Money provided to a person experiencing financial hardship is no different to any other type of loan and can be used by the applicant in the same way. By the way, having a poor credit score can be a result of your own actions, either accidental or deliberate. It could be that you missed a credit card payment due to an unforeseen situation. Nevertheless, you do have a chance to improve your financial status.

These bad credit loans may be used for other situations and not necessarily debts, so it could be used for an emergency expense that has arisen like medical fees not covered by insurance or a wedding for example. It is not uncommon for a person to arrange a loan just so they can repair their damaged credit history. They may not require the money for any specific situation.

Of the options available, the secured loan is preferable to the unsecured loan because it can provide greater funds, in the order of one hundred and fifty thousand dollars maximum. It also has a greater repayment period up to twenty five years. However, if you take the unsecured loan route the maximum you will be able to lend will be dramatically reduced to 50,000 dollars and you will only have 10 years to pay it back.

There will, however, be either a home or car, for example, used as collateral for the loan and this will result in the lender offering the loan at a lower interest rate; albeit, the borrower could lose their possessions if they fail to make their repayments. The benefits of an unsecured loan are that the home or other valuable item is not put at risk if the person defaults on the loan but as a consequence there is a higher rate of interest to pay each month.

The easiest way to carry this out is online where lenders can be found that will arrange bad credit loans for individuals who have court judgments against them for previous bad debt repayment. It must be said that the number of lenders willing to arrange a loan under these circumstances is far fewer than normal so you may find that to get a loan that fits your pocket; you may need to carry out the application online.

A person shouldn’t have too much difficulty in arranging a bad credit loan even if they have a previous adverse credit score and it may help improve your situation when you are at you lowest. By making the loan application online it will speed up the process so you will be able to get back on with your life.

Arranging a another debt this way should enable a person to carry out their financial obligations by rebuilding credibility and reliability in the financial world at the same time, which is like having a second chance.

Does my education matter ?

Does my education really mattter ?

Of course it does !!!!!!!

Maybe even more so today than at any other time in history.  Our world today is global and you are competing with people not only in your town but in other countries.  The technology of the internet and computers connects everyone to the same network.  You can experience this phenomenon by calling for support on your computer.  You will more than likely be talking to a support representative in India.

If you want to succeed in today’s world, learn as much as you can.  You can never know too much.  Make sure you can read and write and speak your language, maybe even multiple languages.  English is almost the world wide business language so master it.  If you can master language, everyone will think you are “smarter” than you are.

Your education matters so never stop education yourself.

529 College Savings Plan

Tuesday, March 25th, 2008

If you need to save for your childs college education… you should consider a 529 Savings Plan.

The government allows you to contribute to a 529 savings plan with “after tax” money… and when the student withdraws the money for qualifying education expenses, the student does not pay any taxes at all on the funds withdrawn…

A 529 college savings plan is a great way to start saving for your childs college education.

www.UPromise.com - Saving for your childs education now…

Saturday, March 22nd, 2008

The easiest and smartest way that I have seen to save for your childs education is to start by signing up for a UPROMISE.com account…

UPromise.com is a company that allows you to sign up all your credit cards to their site… and when you make a qualified purchase with thousands of stores, restaurants, and online merchants… they (the merchants) give you a tiny cash bonus that goes directly into your UPROMISE account. Over time, just by purchasing normal things like gas for your car, groceries, and eating out… you can build up large FREE amounts of cash that goes right into your childs COLLEGE EDUCATION FUND.

Now, the greatest thing about this is that ANYONE can sign up… so, your Aunts, Uncles, and GrandParents and friends can also sign up, and designate any child as the beneficiary of the bonus money… and the money can be split up between children.

Additionally, UPROMISE provides a convenient way to sign up for a 529 Plan. This is a college savings plan that you should contact your Financial Advisor about.

Public School Financial crisis…

Wednesday, March 19th, 2008

Here in California, all anyone can talk about right now is the financial crisis of the State… and more importantly, how it is going to affect the states public schools…

I keep hearing people call it the Swarchenaggar (yea, probably not spelled correctly) budget… but, I started thinking about it… and isnt the entire state legislature controlled by the dems ?

Isnt this really the Pelosi budget ?

Well, what I do know is that no matter whose budget it is or who is in charge… we are probably going to see higher state taxes… great… just what I wanted.
